Digital Gift Card Terms and Conditions

1. General Information
1.1. Digital gift cards (hereafter referred to as "Gift Cards") are issued and operated by Purely Pots, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
1.2. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Purchasing Gift Cards
2.1. Gift Cards can only be purchased online via our website www.PurelyPots.com
2.2. The minimum and maximum value that can be loaded onto a Gift Card is £15.00 and £100, respectively.
2.3. Once purchased, Gift Cards will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during the checkout process.

3. Redeeming Gift Cards
3.1. Gift Cards can only be redeemed for goods or services sold directly on our website or via our Chester Outlets: Purely Pots and Lise: Fleuriste De Chester.
3.2. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash and any request to use the Gift Card to purchase another Gift Card may be refused.
3.3. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any unused balance will expire.

3.3. Gift card balances may be redeemed in part in either of the Purely Pots or Lise: Fleuriste De Chester or via our website. Where goods cost more than the gift card balance, the balance must be paid separately.

4. Refunds and Cancellations
4.1. Gift Cards cannot be returned or refunded, except as required by law (without affecting your statutory rights, we provide you the right of cancellation 14 days from the date of purchase of the gift card).
4.2. If an order paid with a Gift Card is cancelled, the refund will be credited back to the Gift Card.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Misused Gift Cards
5.1. Treat Gift Cards like cash. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused Gift Cards, and no replacements will be issued.
5.2. Any Gift Card found to be tampered with, duplicated, or used fraudulently will be voided.

6. Limitations and Restrictions
6.1. Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional discounts or offers, unless explicitly stated.
6.2. Only one Gift Card can be used per transaction.

7. Balance and Expiry
7.1. The balance of a Gift Card can be checked online by logging into your account or contacting our customer service team via our website.
7.2. Any remaining balance on a Gift Card after its expiry date will be forfeited and cannot be refunded.

8. Amendments and Termination
8.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice, subject to your statutory rights.
8.2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to terminate or cancel Gift Cards.

9. Legal Rights
9.1. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
9.2. This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
